Refund Policy

All purchases on Saphly are for digital products (ebooks) that are accessible immediately upon unlock. Because of this, all sales are generally final once access has been provided.For the full legal details, read our Refund Policy.


When We Do Issue Refunds

  1. We may issue a refund or wallet credit adjustment in the following situations:
  2. Duplicate unlock of the same ebook caused by a technical error (e.g. Credits were debited twice for the same title)
  3. Accidental charge due to a technical error on our side (e.g. you topped up your wallet but Credits were not delivered)
  4. Platform malfunction that prevents access to an unlocked ebook that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
  5. Unauthorized transaction (wallet top-up or ebook unlock), subject to verification

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

  1. Change of mind after adding Credits or unlocking an ebook
  2. You didn't enjoy the story or it wasn't to your taste
  3. Access issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request within 7 days of the wallet top-up or ebook unlock. Submit a support ticket and include:

  • The email address on your account

  • Your receipt or order number

  • The ebook title (if the request relates to an unlock)

  • A brief description of the issue — screenshots are helpful

Refund Method & Timing

If approved, refunds are issued as either:

  • wallet Credit adjustment (e.g. reversing a duplicate debit)

  • refund to your original payment method, where applicable

Refunds to the original payment method typically appear within 5–10 business days.


Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are almost always able to resolve issues faster directly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Saphly account, including loss of access to all purchased ebooks and wallet Credits.
