Submit your request within 7 days of the wallet top-up or ebook unlock. Submit a support ticket and include:
The email address on your account
Your receipt or order number
The ebook title (if the request relates to an unlock)
A brief description of the issue — screenshots are helpful
If approved, refunds are issued as either:
A wallet Credit adjustment (e.g. reversing a duplicate debit)
A refund to your original payment method, where applicable
Refunds to the original payment method typically appear within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are almost always able to resolve issues faster directly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Saphly account, including loss of access to all purchased ebooks and wallet Credits.
